Rapides Parish 4-H is a youth development program that teaches youth life skills by utilizing science, leadership, and healthy living in their educational experiences.  Your 4-H Agents for Rapides Parish are Heather Bordelon (4-H Livestock Agent) and Allison Elnagger (4-H Agent and parish chair.
