Welcome to the official website of the Rapides Parish Fair! Here, you can find all the essential details about our exciting fair, including concert schedules, lists, livestock competitions, and much more. Join us this October at the Rapides Fair Grounds for a filled experience with free entertainment for the whole family, delicious food vendors, thrilling rides, and engaging games. Admission is just $2 for individuals aged 6 and older, while children 5 and under can enter for free.

Starting this year, kids will have Friday off for the Fair. They can enjoy the rides all day and visit the educational stations provided. The fairground has over 1,300 acres of parking spaces   The  Dewitt Livestock Barn will be in full swing this year, allowing families to visit and see all the animals. A Red River Rumble Open Show will be their also. Be sure to check out the Barnyard Nursery, an excellent spot for the little ones. (This is will also be open on Sunday). We will also have a covered platform so our local church, dance groups etc. can display their talents. Additionally, we invite you to relax at the "Rest and Relaxation Tent" sponsored by Y-Not Stop (the official fuel stop for the Rapides Fair), located on Hwy 71 South next to the State Evacuation Shelter, at 8149 Hwy 71 South, just beyond the LSU-A campus.
